Terms of Service

These website terms explain the general conditions for using Digital Rush AI. An accepted and signed proposal, campaign order, or services agreement sets the final scope, fees, limits, and responsibilities for a paid engagement. If those documents conflict with this page, the accepted and signed agreement applies.

The service is provided without a guarantee of replies, appointments, sales, revenue, or any other lead-conversion outcome.

Your obligations

You must give us accurate information about how each lead group was collected and any consent, prior relationship, suppression, or opt-out records that apply. Bought, scraped, or otherwise ineligible lists are not accepted. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the business information, offer, and message copy you approve.

Founding Pilot and billing

Applying for the Founding Pilot does not take payment or launch a campaign. The public base setup price is A$990. Applicable tax treatment is confirmed only in the accepted, signed written order after Digital Rush AI verifies the seller's tax status. That order also confirms the approved list, working waves, service period, and exact SMS-segment limit. For the first supervised Founding Pilot, one DRA-managed dedicated Australian two-way SMS number and provider usage are included only up to the exact signed SMS-segment cap and service period in the accepted signed order. There is no automatic overage or silent top-up; sending pauses at the cap until a new written commercial decision is accepted.

Core continuation does not start automatically. It requires a separate accepted and signed written order. A matching manual invoice may be issued only after that order is accepted and signed; an invoice or a manual-invoice setting is not proof of payment. Payment timing, cancellation, refunds, and any ongoing fees are governed by the accepted and signed order and applicable Australian law.

Messaging controls

Campaigns remain subject to list-eligibility, sender-identification, unsubscribe, suppression, approved-copy, and budget controls. We may pause or refuse a campaign where the evidence is incomplete, a safety control fails, or continued sending would be inappropriate.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
