How SMS charges and limits work

For the first supervised Founding Pilot, one DRA-managed dedicated Australian two-way SMS number and provider usage are included only up to the exact signed SMS-segment cap and service period in the accepted signed order. There is no automatic overage or silent top-up. Sending pauses at the cap until a new written commercial decision is accepted.

Why we start in small waves

We do not spend the campaign budget evenly across the whole database on day one. A small first wave lets us review delivery, reply quality, opt-outs, and handoffs before more contacts are worked.

What happens after month one

Core does not start automatically. We review what happened, what the database still contains, and whether ongoing follow-up makes commercial sense. Continuation needs a new accepted, signed written order.
