How the Digital Rush AI Founding Pilot works

How the Founding Pilot works

From old spreadsheet to confirmed next step.

The campaign moves through four simple stages. You can see what was reviewed, what was approved, how people replied, and whether an appointment was actually confirmed.

Step 01 · Review the databaseRemove the people who should not be contacted

We check where the records came from and separate genuine prior enquiries from duplicates, invalid numbers, known opt-outs, and contacts that need more evidence.

  • Confirm how the business first collected each group of leads
  • Remove duplicates, invalid numbers, and known opt-outs
  • Hold uncertain records until a person reviews them

Campaign stateDraft

The campaign stays in draft until the working list is approved.

Step 02 · Approve the campaignRead the exact message and send plan before launch

You approve the sender, opening message, offer, first working wave, and handoff path. You also see the SMS estimate and agreed limit before anything is sent.

  • Opening message written in your business voice
  • Small working waves instead of a full-list blast
  • SMS estimate and limit agreed in writing

Hi Sam, it is Alex from Bright Solar. Still worth a quick look at solar? Reply STOP to opt out.

Step 03 · Work the repliesKeep every answer attached to the right person

The full SMS history stays with the lead. Routine questions can continue within the approved business information, while unclear or sensitive replies move to a person.

  • Keep the complete conversation in one thread
  • Hand uncertainty to a person instead of guessing
  • Treat STOP as an immediate block on campaign messages

Step 04 · Confirm the outcomeCount an appointment only after the calendar confirms it

A positive reply or booking-link click is not reported as a booking. The portal waits for a calendar record that matches the lead and campaign, then stops campaign follow-up.

  • Match the appointment to the lead and campaign
  • Store the calendar booking reference
  • Stop follow-up and include the outcome in the report

Read the opening message before a real lead sees it.

This example shows the tone and handoff, not a real client result. Your campaign is written for your business, offer, and database, then sent to you for approval.

Where you stay in control

AI handles the repetitive follow-up. People keep the important decisions.

The Founding Pilot does not ask you to hand over your reputation to a black box. You approve what goes out, people handle uncertainty, and Karan reviews the result.
